Responsibilities:

You are the face of quality, reliability and trustworthiness. Our customers pay for you to join them in their home and exceed their expectations. The buck stops with you. You're responsible for the entire job, whether you cleaned it or not. You own the team's successes and failures. Clearly communicate. Lead client communication. Conduct the walkthrough. Explain the plan to the team. Assess how to divide work to be completed. Confirm they understand.

Lead from the front:

take the hardest work on site. Model best practices for the team to see. Trust but verify. Give space to let the team do work. Stay connected to find teachable moments and confirm the team's work is great. Obsess over the details. The team, and even clients, should think your standards are unreasonably high.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds) Driver's license & car required Qualifications Must have four years of professional residential home cleaning experience. You live near Lacey, and willing to drive up to 45 min to client homes. Do you speak English?
