Our housekeeper of 15 years is retiring, and we're searching for the right person to carry on her standard of care. If you take pride in careful, detailed work and love keeping a beautiful home in order, we'd love to meet you. Our home is a large, architecturally distinctive residence that has been featured in design magazines, and we maintain it to a very high standard. This is a hands-on cleaning position.

Schedule:

currently Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (approx. 20 hrs/wk) Inside (Tuesdays & Thursdays):

• Careful, meticulous cleaning of all areas
• bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
• following an organized room-by-room schedule
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces is a major part of this work
• Laundry, ironing, and careful folding of clothing and linens
• Making beds, washing dishes, keeping the kitchen tidy
• Organizing and straightening closets, drawers, and rooms; tending house plants
• Keeping cleaning and household supplies stocked; occasional errands Outside and other items (Fridays):
• Cleaning patios, decks, railings, outdoor furniture, and walkways
• Wiping down window ledges, thresholds, siding, and removing cobwebs
• Sweeping and maintaining the garage and storage areas
• Walking the property and noticing what needs attention, and addressing We provide all products, tools, and equipment. Our retiring housekeeper will help train you and hand off her routines. Who We're Looking For

• Conversational English is sufficient
• Spanish, Tagalog, and other languages welcome
