Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality in residential or commercial settings. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment through thorough cleaning, sanitation, and organization. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, guests, or clients. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain a spotless environment. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and courteously. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care using appropriate equipment to preserve surfaces and extend their lifespan. Manage residential or commercial cleaning schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly and on time. Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience is highly preferred, especially within hotel or hospitality environments. Proven skills in residential cleaning with an emphasis on attention to detail and sanitation standards. Experience with carpet cleaning, floor care techniques, and commercial cleaning equipment is advantageous. Background in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not mandatory.
