Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Aide role at East Troy Manor, helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Ideal candidates are dependable, take pride in their work, and are committed to providing a positive experience for seniors and those in care. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Compensation:

$16.00 - 18.75 per hour dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the facility clean, fresh and inviting including resident rooms & common areas Provide a friendly presence to residents and visitors Note needed repairs and report them to the housekeeping supervisor All other job duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor and Facility Administrator ________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Qualifications:

Required:

Knowledge of housekeeping tasks - paid training available Must be able to physically lift a maximum of 30#, with frequent waist lifting and/or overhead lifting of 20#. Must be able to push and/or pull with a maximum effort of 20#. Must be able to stand or walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour day.

Preferred:

Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, but we are willing to train ________________________________________________________________________________________________________
