Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotels, offices, or residential homes. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy creating a clean and welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to housekeeping schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned
Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with floor care procedures, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
