The Executive Housekeeping Manager will oversee and direct the cleaning activities. This position will clean and maintain all corridors and public areas in accordance with all housekeeping procedures and standards and safety and security rules and regulations to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee and direct cleaning activities Work schedules are prepared in advance Works with management to handle guest complaints Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging towels, restocking toiletries, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging the room after each guest checks out Report and return any guest belongings found in the room while rendering service Work with a team of housekeepers and Executive Housekeeper each shift. Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift Participate in deep-cleaning as needed Understand the company's policy on work shifts, guest's possessions and privacy issues
