Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living spaces. Handle specialized cleaning duties such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and address any special requests or concerns. Assist with light housekeeping duties such as cooking prep areas or organizing spaces when required. Follow safety protocols and proper janitorial procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Requirements Prior experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple appointments efficiently. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods. Basic familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies; experience in housekeeping management is a plus.
