In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards. This position offers flexible hours perfect for those who enjoy working part-time and take pride in their work. Cleaning will be done independently and on a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures meet health standards. Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep floors pristine. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively to maintain high cleanliness standards. Outdoor work like yard and patio area tidying when needed. Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs or special requests to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Proven 2 years of experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning environments. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, and buffers. Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while managing time efficiently in a part-time schedule. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience with dusting, surface sanitation, laundry management, and outdoor maintenance is preferred. Basic knowledge of cleaning products including detergents and disinfectants; safety awareness when handling chemicals is essential.
