Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed for cleaning rags and equipment, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hospitality industry practices. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining various types of environments, including residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is advantageous. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices will be considered a plus.
