What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, ensuring all areas are spotless. Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage sanitation processes by using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure a safe environment. Handle laundry duties with care, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and responding to inquiries with a positive attitude. Maintain janitorial supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and organized. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across all facilities. Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with clients and team members, fostering a positive work atmosphere. Basic qualifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with hotel or commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques for various surfaces, including carpets and hard floors. Experience in cooking is an asset for those interested in additional responsibilities.
