What we offer right away Flexible scheduling (choose blocks that work for you - many options between 8 AM-5 PM) Tips from very satisfied clients (most jobs receive them) Paid training & all supplies/equipment provided Steady, recurring clients - very little last-minute rescheduling Supportive team — we help each other succeed Opportunity to move into lead cleaner / trainer roles Weekly pay Typical Day / Main Responsibilities Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, entryways Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize high-touch surfaces Clean inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets (as requested) Handle floor care (hard floors + carpet spot cleaning / vacuuming) Laundry (bedding, towels) when part of the client package Follow each client's personalized preferences and checklists Leave every home noticeably cleaner and fresher than when you arrived Communicate kindly and professionally with homeowners What we're looking for Previous house cleaning, residential cleaning, Airbnb turnover, or hotel housekeeping experience (strongly preferred) Comfortable working independently at clients' homes Good attention to detail — you notice things others miss Reliable transportation and smartphone Physically able to lift 20-30 lbs, bend, kneel, stand for several hours Honest, trustworthy, and enjoy making people happy Comfortable following specific client instructions Nice to have: experience with green cleaning products, deep cleaning moves, or organizing If you're someone who gets satisfaction from transforming a messy space into a clean, calm one — and you're dependable and take pride in quality work — this could be a great fit.
