Eden Senior Care, founded in 2016, is a growing Healthcare Management company, focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Alabama. Edenbrook Oshkosh, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, a skilled nursing facility is seeking a Full-time Housekeeper for our wonderful skilled nursing facility!
Position:
Housekeeper Work Schedule:
7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with Every Other Weekend)
Essential Functions:
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and other areas of the facility. Perform laundry duties, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and resident clothing in accordance with facility standards. Safely mix, use, and store cleaning solutions according to safety guidelines. Properly label and remove infectious waste bags and containers, ensuring compliance with facility protocols. Perform additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Conduct all job responsibilities in accordance with the standards outlined in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and professional standards.
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred Ability to read and write at a level appropriate for the job. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members and facility staff. Knowledge of infection control techniques. Ability to be patient and polite.
