Caregiver/Housekeeper

Caregiver & Housekeeping - Assisted Living (Full-Time / Part-Time Available) Prairie Place Assisted Living - Ripon, WI Prairie Place Assisted Living is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Housekeepers to join our team. We are a resident-focused community committed to providing high-quality care in a respectful, supportive environment. We are currently hiring for day, evening, and overnight shifts , including 12-hour and 8-hour scheduling options (caregiver roles).

Caregiver Position Position Summary:

As a caregiver at Prairie Place, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Support medication administration (per facility policy and training) Monitor and report changes in resident condition Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Accurately document care and communicate with team members

Qualifications:

Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Strong work ethic and reliability Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Ability to work as part of a team Must pass background check

Housekeeper Position Position Summary:

The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Clean resident apartments, common areas, and restrooms Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the building Follow infection control and safety procedures Report maintenance or safety concerns Work efficiently while respecting resident privacy and space

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping experience preferred (but not required) Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay on schedule Professional and respectful interaction with residents Must pass background check
