Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents or guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, kitchens, and bathrooms by executing regular janitorial tasks. Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of floor care. Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed during all cleaning activities to promote health and safety standards. Assist with meal preparation or light cooking as needed to support residents' or guests' needs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing requests promptly and courteously while maintaining a positive attitude. Follow established housekeeping management procedures for inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment. Support overall custodial efforts by participating in deep cleaning projects and special sanitation initiatives when required. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry operations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests. Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy objects regularly. Prior janitorial experience or housekeeping management background is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay:

$13.50 - $15.00 per hour
