Duties Perform thorough cleaning of hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure top cleanliness standards Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing linens and clothing items Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in bathrooms to uphold health standards Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and addressing any concerns professionally Execute janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained in good condition Support housekeeping with inventory control and completing tasks to optimize workflow Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping roles demonstrating strong attention to detail Experience with laundry operations including stain removal, folding techniques, and linen management Knowledge of housekeeper practices is a plus for those interested in this role Previous experience in customer service environments enhances communication skills necessary for this role Additional certifications in cleaning methods or hospitality services are advantageous but not required Join us to bring your passion for cleanliness and service excellence into a rewarding environment where your skills make a real difference!
