Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Handle various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and floor care to maintain pristine conditions throughout the property Properly handle chemical agents in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS) and hotel procedures to ensure safe use and disposal Perform heavy lifting when moving furniture or supplies and manual handling tasks safely following established protocols Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort Follow hotel housekeeping management procedures for sanitation standards and emergency protocols to maintain a safe environment Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with strong janitorial skills Expertise in floor cleaning techniques including floor care and chemical handling for various surfaces Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, mops, and other janitorial tools Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment Ability to handle chemical agents responsibly while maintaining sanitation standards Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, walking, and manual handling tasks Experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality environments is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance guest experiences!
