Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. Whether maintaining guest rooms, public areas, or back-of-house spaces, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our standards of cleanliness and hospitality are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces with precision and care. Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor treatments to uphold safety and appearance standards. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff. Follow established safety procedures during cleaning tasks and handle cleaning equipment responsibly to promote a safe workplace. Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans that require industrial or custodial expertise to uphold the facility's overall hygiene. Proven experience in cleaning roles such as hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, surface sanitation, and industrial cleaning methods. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and experience working in hotel environments is a plus. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
