Head of Housekeeping About the Role We are seeking detail oriented, dependable Housekeepers to join the opening team of a new 40-room luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of the New River Gorge National Park. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience through immaculate cleanliness, thoughtful presentation, and consistent service standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys contributing to a team environment, and understands the importance of behind-the-scenes excellence in luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public and back-of-house areas Replace linens, towels, and amenities following brand guidelines Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Follow daily room assignments and productivity expectations Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment Support special guest requests and turndown services as assigned Maintain a professional, respectful attitude with guests and team members Qualifications & Experience Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays What We're Looking For Pride in cleanliness and presentation A team oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and follow luxury service standards Positive attitude and reliability What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Training and support from experienced leadership Opportunity to be part of a hotel opening team Supportive, respectful work environment Work in one of the most scenic destinations in the country Ready to be a part of a team that creates exceptional stays?
