Part-Time Commercial Cleaner / Custodian Location Parkersburg, WV (including surrounding service areas in Vienna and Mineral Wells) Position Type Part-Time, Evening Shift (Monday through Friday)

Compensation & Incentives Base Pay:

$13.00 / hour

Sign-On Bonus:

$225 bonus after successfully completing 90 days of employment.

Retention Reward:

Hourly rate increase for all new hires upon successful completion of 90 days. (Program subject to terms and conditions.) Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Commercial Cleaner. This position is responsible for servicing five different commercial sites in the Parkersburg area during evening hours. The ideal candidate will handle routine custodian tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. Special Shift Schedule This position features a structured, rotating daily schedule across local facilities (one individual can successfully manage all sites): Day Workload Total Daily Hours Monday 2 sites 4 hours total Tuesday 3 sites 5.5 hours total Wednesday 2 sites 4 hours total Thursday 1 site 1.5 hours total Friday 2 sites 4 hours total

Note:

Shift start times take place in the evening. Work generally begins after 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM depending on the specific site's operational hours. Essential Functions Perform routine commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and sanitizing restrooms. Must complete the defined Scope of Work (SOW) thoroughly during each assigned shift. Maintain professional, effective communication and rapport with clients, team members, and management. Execute additional cleaning duties as assigned pertaining to specific sites or specialized projects.

Job Specifications & Requirements Transportation:

Must possess a reliable vehicle to travel between local site locations.

Licensing:

Must hold a valid driver's license and up-to-date auto insurance.

Driving Record:

A clear driving record is required.

Attendance:

Must have an excellent attendance history and a demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment independently. Preferred Qualifications Completion of a standard high school course, trade school course, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Thorough knowledge of proper commercial cleaning procedures, chemical safety, and sanitation standards. Considerable prior experience as a custodian or commercial cleaner is preferred. Ability to read, understand, and safely follow units of measure and instructions on chemical product labels.
