Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our cleaning team. This position involves working alongside a team to provide professional residential cleaning services in our clients' homes. Successful candidates will take pride in their work, maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and contribute to a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow directions and established cleaning procedures, and a strong work ethic. Team members must be able to work efficiently, communicate effectively with coworkers, and complete assigned tasks thoroughly and professionally while respecting our clients' homes and property. Key Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning services as part of a team. Follow established cleaning procedures and supervisor instructions. Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces. Pay close attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met. Work efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Treat clients' homes, belongings, and privacy with respect. Assist team members as needed to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment. Dependable and punctual. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday.
