Perform detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including disinfecting fixtures, sinks, tubs, and toilets with proper sanitation techniques. Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of public areas like hallways, lobbies, and stairwells through sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, and pressure washing when necessary. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while adhering to infection control standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols. Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to cleaning supplies or furniture movement while following manual handling safety guidelines. Ensure all cleaning tasks meet health regulations by maintaining high standards of sanitation and infection control practices. Skills Proven custodial or janitorial experience with a focus on commercial cleaning environments. Skilled in various cleaning techniques including window cleaning, floor care, and pressure washing. Knowledge of chemical handling procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout shifts. Familiarity with infection control practices to prevent cross-contamination and maintain hygiene standards. Experience in laundry services management and custodial responsibilities within hospitality or similar settings.
