Job Description

Room Attendant Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and responding to queries. Changing bed linen and making beds. Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap. Sweeping and mopping floors. Vacuuming carpets. Dusting and polishing furniture. Emptying trash containers. Clean kitchenettes, wash dishes. Cleaning public areas, such as corridors. Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs. Updating status of guest rooms in the housekeeping system. Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end.

Room Attendant Requirements:

Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience preferred. Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products. Ability to work with on their own while meeting IHG cleanliness standards. Ability to follow instructions. Professional and polite. Weekends and holidays are a must. We are open 24/7 52 weeks a year 365, we do not close and need dependable and reliable crew members.
