Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing items. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or damage. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly. Support team efforts in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere by adhering to company policies and delivering excellent customer service. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and procedures enhances efficiency and quality of service. Ability to manage custodial tasks independently while working efficiently within a team setting. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
