Trimmer Licensed Cannabis Manufacturer - 2.5 Berkeley, CA Job Details Full-time $19.18 - $22.50 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Trimming (gardening technique) High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility Attention to detail Quality inspection Full Job Description Position Summary The Cannabis Trimmer is responsible for hand-trimming, sorting, packaging, and labeling cannabis products while maintaining company quality standards and compliance requirements. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has prior cannabis trimming experience, maintains high quality standards, and can work independently or as part of a team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Hand-trim cannabis flower to company quality standards. Inspect and remove stems, leaves, and other unwanted plant material. Sort and grade cannabis flower based on quality specifications. Weigh cannabis products and verify quantities as required. Package and label finished goods according to company specifications. Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation. Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance requirements. Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitary. Assist with packaging, labeling, rework, and other production-related tasks as needed. Meet daily productivity and quality expectations. Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or compliance concerns to management. Adhere to all local and state cannabis regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cannabis trimming experience is required. Experience in cannabis packaging, labeling, or manufacturing is a plus. Ability to perform repetitive hand motions for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Ability to consistently meet quality and productivity expectations. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work with repetitive hand movements for extended periods. Ability to work in a production environment with cannabis odors and plant materials. Work Environment Indoor cannabis manufacturing and production facility. Fast-paced environment with production goals and deadlines. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required. Must maintain compliance with all company policies and cannabis regulations.
