Sample Work Schedule:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

MAIN JOB DUTIES
) Package and unpack cardboard boxes, Label packages with product information as needed; Assist in preparation of various cuts of meat according to specifications; Help with cleaning up workstations after cutting sessions; Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment; Adhere to health regulations regarding the handling and storage of meat products; Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors; Ensure all cutting tools and equipment are clean, sharp and well-maintained. 【
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
) Understanding of different types of meat cuts; Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices to ensure hygiene and prevent contamination; Familiarity with basic meal processing equipment; Ability to communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently; Skills in observing quality standards and ensuring that meat cut meets specifications; Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to keep up with production demands; Capability to perform physically demanding tasks; Ability to lift, carry, push or pull weights, at least 30 pounds and up to 60 pounds at a time; Capability to work in a cold environment; Be a good team player and able to carry out orders accurately; Maintaining a good attendance record. 【
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
】 No special requirements. Individuals with prior cutting and management experience may apply for supervisory positions. 【
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
