Production Manager:

Lead daily production operations, staffing, and workflow to meet production goals Supervise, train, coach, and develop production team members. Monitor yields, efficiencies, downtime, and product quality. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and production schedules. Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, GMP, and safety programs. Partner with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues. Production Manager:

5+ years of supervisory experience in food processing or manufacturing Tree nut, almond, walnut, or agricultural processing experience preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Knowledge of processing equipment, production metrics, and quality standards. Experience with HACCP, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound decisions. Computer proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and reporting systems. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak production periods Schedule is Full-time, day shift

Experience:
