IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROFESIONAL EXPEREINCE CUTTING IN A WHOLESALE OR FISH MAKET SETTING DON'T APPLY. THIS POST IS FOR A PROFFESIONAL FISH CUTTER AND WE DONT TRAIGN. DON'T WASTE OUR TIME IF YOU DON'T FIT THAT DESCRIPTION.
$25/hr when cutting. Looking for a long term commitment. Must have good attitude and professional demeanor. Detail oriented. Absolutely
MUST HAVE
experience cutting fish in a production style environment (not a restaurant but or on a sport boat but instead experience cutting in a factory or for a seafood market).
SHIFTS ARE TUESDAY/FRIDAY/SATURDAY FROM 10AM UNTIL FINISHED OR I CAN ACCOMODATE IF YOU WANT TO WORK THIS AS A SECOND JOB IN THE AFTERNOONS. ALSO OK WITH SOMEONE DOING SHORT 4 HOUR SHIFTS IF A SECOND JOB.
With knowledge of yield, return, speed (not looking for deckhand style cutter... you need to be a pro). Need experience cutting salmon, black cod, Rock cod , California halibut, grenadier, local sharks, white sea bass, yellowtail, local tuna. Con conocimiento de rendimiento, retorno, velocidad (sin buscar un cortador estilo marinero... necesitas ser un profesional). Se necesita experiencia cortando salmón, bacalao negro, bacalao de roca, fletán de California, granadero, tiburones locales, lubina blanca, cola amarilla, atún local.
