Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate and monitor pistachio drying equipment throughout the production process. Ensure proper drying temperatures, airflow, and moisture levels are maintained. Conduct routine inspections of dryer systems and report any equipment malfunctions. Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production and quality standards. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow all company safety policies, food safety regulations, and GMP standards. Work closely with supervisors and maintenance personnel to maximize production efficiency. Keep work areas clean and organized at all times. Assist with other production duties as needed.
Qualifications Required:
Previous experience operating pistachio dryers in a pistachio processing facility. Strong understanding of pistachio drying processes and quality standards. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a manufacturing and agricultural processing environment. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours during harvest and peak production periods. #

$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
