Job Duration:
Approximately 90-120 days. The weather will determine how long the season goes and how many hours/days a week to be worked.Requirements:
Ability to use the following equipment: Foreign Material Machine, Pre-Sizer, Sheller, Scales and Pneumatic Sampler. Must be able to climb stairs and stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Basic computer skills. Licensed in Farmer Stock Peanuts. Employer may have additional requirements. Highschool Diploma or GED. Employer conducts E-Verify verification.Job Duties:
Grade farmer stock peanuts according to standard operating procedure. Obtain peanuts needed for grading by use of Pneumatic Sampler and follow process. Cutting down samples, cleaning and shelling peanuts for grading. Employer conducts on the job training. Work consists of standing for long periods of time, working in extreme hot temperatures. Must be able to perform all phases of inspection from sampling to final grade without supervision.Work Schedule:
Full-time; Monday-Sunday, working hours may extend over 8 hours a day/over 40 hours per week depending on weather conditionsWage Per Hour:
