Meat Processor

Overview Join our dynamic food processing team as a Meat Processor, where your skills will help deliver high-quality meat products to customers. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for slaughtering, preparing, cutting, and packaging meat products while adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards. Your contributions will ensure the delivery of fresh, safe, and delicious meat products to consumers worldwide. Duties Operate meat processing equipment and tools with precision, including knives and mechanical machinery, to slaughter, cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with OSHA. Assist in maintaining the overall sanitation of the processing areas, including cleaning machinery and work areas daily. Support compliance with all company policies related to food safety and manufacturing processes. Experience Previous experience in food processing or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required. Demonstrated knife skills and familiarity with meat cutting techniques are highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge or experience operating processing machinery is a plus. Knowledge of HACCP standards and OSHA safety regulations is beneficial for maintaining a safe work environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in a fast-paced setting. Ability to follow detailed instructions.

Pay:
