Job Description
Summary:
Rotating through multiple stations on the production line, performing tasks such as: Inspecting products for quality and ensuring they meet specifications. Counting the correct number of products to be packaged. Bagging and packaging the finished products for distribution. Loading and unloading product racks. Operating and maintaining production equipment like laminating, slitting, and die-cutting machines. The position may also be required to perform other tasks or duties as assigned by the shift supervisor or the department manager.Essential Functions:
This position rotates throughout the department, during work hours and break times. Fills/Packs bags up to 50 lbs. with product as needed. Moves Bags from Line to Conveyor and or Pallet. Dumps Product according to specification into blender to be mixed. Provides samples of products as required for Quality Control. Masters' department systems and processes while assisting in lead role as needed. Prepares and completes paperwork as required for records. Reports equipment, quality and any other issues as appropriate. Works with fellow team members assisting with job tasks as required. Cleans and Sanitizes equipment, work area and other areas of plant as assigned. Follow production schedules and procedures. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work safely and follow all company safety protocols. Collaborate with the production team to meet goals. Complete production documentation as required.Benefits:

Pay range from $20.21 - $25.27 an hour.Non-Essential Functions:

The job is performed on the production floor area where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles emanating from ingredients being used, and will be in the presence of or otherwise operating machinery.Disclaimer:
