We are hiring a Cultivator to support the daily cultivation operations at our Delavan, IL Cultivation facility. The Cultivator is responsible for supporting daily plant care and cultivation activities to ensure healthy, high-quality cannabis production. This role involves monitoring plant health, maintaining cultivation equipment, recording data, and following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety and biosecurity protocols while contributing to a clean, efficient, and team-oriented grow environment.
