Early September Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cannabis Trimmer/Packager to join our production team at a licensed Illinois cultivation center. This role is responsible for trimming harvested cannabis flower to meet quality standards and accurately packaging finished product in compliance with Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDOA) regulations and company SOPs. Key Responsibilities Hand-trim and/or machine-trim cannabis flower to remove excess leaf material while preserving trichomes and bud structure Sort and grade product by size, quality, and appearance Weigh, label, seal, and package products in compliance with Illinois child-resistant packaging and labeling requirements Maintain accurate batch/lot records for seed-to-sale tracking in accordance with state traceability requirements Inspect product for mold, pests, or other quality issues and report concerns to supervisors Follow all SOPs related to sanitation, safety, and secure handling of product within the licensed facility's enclosed, locked areas Maintain a clean, organized workstation and properly document/dispose of plant waste per IDOA rules Meet daily production and quality targets Comply with all Illinois Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act requirements and company policies Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must be eligible to obtain an Illinois Agent Identification Card issued by the Illinois Department of Agriculture (cultivation center agents apply through IDOA's NLS licensing portal) Must pass a fingerprint-based criminal history background check through an approved live-scan vendor Must not have disqualifying convictions under the Act's "excluded offense" provisions Prior experience in cannabis trimming, agriculture, food production, or similar hands-on production work preferred Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Basic math skills for weighing and measuring product Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for long periods Repetitive hand and wrist movements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
