Folder Tender

Minutemen Direct is currently recruiting for a Tender Folder Operator at a large printing facility. These are direct hire opportunities that come with a full benefit package.

Schedule:

Wednesday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (36 hours per week)

Pay:

Up to $19.00/hour to start This is a great opportunity for those who prefer a condensed workweek and extended time off. Enjoy a consistent schedule with four days off every week (Saturday through Tuesday) , giving you flexibility for personal time, appointments, or additional pursuits. • Help keep folding machines running by feeding materials and monitoring output
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards
• Stack, pack, and label completed jobs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work alongside experienced operators and learn the process What You Bring
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and ability to stay focused
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
