Job Description
Packing Operatives Wanted
- Dorchester We are currently recruiting Packing Operatives for a well-established local client based in Dorchester.
- £13.00 per hour.
- Weekly pay.
- Standard hours: 7:00am
- 3:00pm.
- No weekend working.
- Ongoing work from summer until early winter.
- Temp-to-perm opportunities available.
- Overtime available during busy periods.
- Accessible by public transport.
- On-site parking available.
- Immediate starts may be available. Please note other shift may be introduced for a special project Those may include: 06:00
- 14:00 10:00
- 18:00 12:00
- 20:00 14:00
- 22:00 The role will involve:
- Selecting and packing products accurately.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe.
- Following instructions and procedures correctly.
- Working as part of a team to support smooth production.
- Helping to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining a good pace in a busy production environment. We're looking for people who have:
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic maths skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Previous manufacturing, packing, or production experience would be desirable, but is not essential.
