Fish Trimmers Worker:

• Perform fine trimming of pre-cut fish portions (precision knife work)
• Remove imperfections and trim to required size/appearance standards
• Maintain speed and accuracy to meet production goals
• Always follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Keep work area clean and organized; follow company PPE and safety rules
• Communicate with leads/supervisors regarding quality issues or supply needs Qualifications for a

Fish Trimmers Worker:

• Prior seafood/food production or trimming experience is helpful
• Comfortable working in a cold/wet food production environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a steady schedule

Languages:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and handling materials
• Frequent repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements while trimming.
