Our client in Fall River, Massachusetts is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Fish Trimmers Worker to join a fast-paced seafood processing facility. Fish Trimmers Worker:
- Perform fine trimming of pre-cut fish portions (precision knife work)
- Remove imperfections and trim to required size/appearance standards
- Maintain speed and accuracy to meet production goals
- Always follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep work area clean and organized; follow company PPE and safety rules
- Communicate with leads/supervisors regarding quality issues or supply needs Qualifications for a
Fish Trimmers Worker:
- Prior seafood/food production or trimming experience is helpful
- Comfortable working in a cold/wet food production environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a steady schedule
Languages:
English and/or Spanish preferred Physical demands and work environment asFish Trimmers Worker:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and handling materials
- Frequent repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements while trimming.
- Ability to safely grip and control knives/tools and handle slippery products.

- Exposure to loud machinery and cold/humid environments
