We are hiring!! 260 Commercial Investments, also known as Browne Trading Company in Portland, Maine, is a top supplier of high-quality caviar, fresh fish, and smoked seafood for fancy restaurants and home chefs all over the US. We offer overnight delivery nationwide and also have a gourmet and seafood retail store here in Portland. This job involves getting various fresh fish ready for shipment and taking care of the seafood inventory alongside the Cooler Manager. You'll be cutting, portioning, and prepping seafood to fit what our customers need. It's awesome if you have some knowledge of seafood processing (like cutting, gutting, filleting, etc.), but we're happy to train the right person. Each month, Browne Trading throws a company lunch for everyone! Also, our work week is Monday to Friday day shift, and we get to leave early on Fridays! We have a great team here and are looking for that special person to join us.
