Summary:

Package and process fresh products for distribution. Select, Weigh and box products with ice to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Apply labels to boxes. Filleting whole fresh salmon 15-20lbs Work in refrigerated rooms 41 degrees or less Maintain cleanliness of work area including warehouse and perform sanitation daily Post-Production cleaning and sanitizing of work areas Documentation and recording of daily and monthly processes Other duties may be assigned

Hours:

Monday 7am

• 12pm, Tuesday-Friday 5am
• 2pm, expect 35-45/hrs a week Position Purpose/Overview Will be responsible for carrying out duties in a proficient, orderly manner.

Will perform various food production and warehouse functions. Will keep work area clean and sanitary. Requirements Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time Must bend, stoop/twist at the waist Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to work in constant cold environment Must be committed to safety at all times Excellent fine motor skills Able to work in confined spaces Must understand Order Tickets and be fluent in communication for department meeting purposes, etc. Follows all company's policies and supervisory directions Adheres to Federal and Company required uniform codes and personal hygiene codes Constructs containers/boxes for shipping products Retrieves returned product from truck to storage Picks product from warehouse inventory and loads skids for outgoing shipments Other Skills and Abilities Other duties as management deems necessary Qualifications

• Must have previous food handling/manufacturing experience
• Food Safety Certifications (ServSafe, etc)
• Power Equipment Certified (Powerjack, Forklift)
