What We Are Looking ForWere now hiring a Mid Shift Chocolatier to oversee processes in the chocolate coating and drizzling of products. If you have a passion for manufacturing quality product, this position might be for you and you may have just stumbled upon the perfect role!

Essential Duties:

Understand the fundamentals of chocolate temperingFollow and enforce all GMPsInspect line and equipment for cleanliness, maintenance and food safetySetup equipment for production and operate equipment as requiredTransport ingredients with a forklift as neededMonitor line efficiencies, all chocolate temperatures and run parametersInspect and record all ingredients usedEnsure there is enough chocolate melted and flavored to avoid downtime during shiftPerform quality checks as requiredMonitor product specifications to ensure compliance; put on temporary hold and report to QACommunicate daily with production supervisor on product quality, production delays, and equipment issuesTurn all required paperwork into production supervisor after ensuring it is complete and accurate
