As a General Operator, you will be part of the production operations supporting seasonal crop management and seed processing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Additional $2.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM What's the Job? Receive and process trucks hauling crop from the field for weighing and unloading. Complete a wide range of harvest activities, including combine cleaning. Supply the Conditioning department with a consistent supply of seed. Apply appropriate treatments to seed to ensure quality standards. Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed, and enter inventory information into the computer system. What's Needed? Knowledge of production agriculture and plant operations. Ability to perform duties safely and efficiently while maintaining seed quality. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing seasonal tasks and conditions. Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds, and work outdoors on uneven surfaces. What's in it for me?
