Grill Staff Associate Company Snap-Shot Hyatt Farms is the premier shooting complex of North Carolina. Our company is committed to offering an industry-leading standard in firearms to all enthusiasts from beginner to expert. Hyatt Farms Shooting Complex is located just a short drive from Charlotte in picturesque Anson County. We feature a pro shop, a clubhouse, and a bar & grill on site. Our focus above all is an elevated customer experience with zero exception. Job Overview In the grill staff associate role, you will carry out the operational directives of the facility managers. You must use the appropriate tools and ingredients to prepare meals, while maintaining cleanliness in your work station, and a positive customer experience through expedient service. Responsibilities
  • Prepare food: Cook food to order, including grilling, frying, and seasoning
  • Take orders: Take orders from customers and process payments
  • Serve food: Serve food to customers at counters or tables
  • Clean:
    Clean food preparation areas, equipment, and dining areas
  • Manage inventory: Maintain food, beverage, and equipment inventories
  • Coordinate timing: Coordinate the timing of food production activities so that all items are ready to serve at the same time
  • Adhere to food safety standards: Understand and adhere to all food safety standards as established by the NC Health Department Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, equipment, and ingredients
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 45lb.
  • Maintain a strong customer orientation
  • ServSafe certification recommended, but will be required with in 90 days of hire
