Job Description

Garde-Manger / Raw Bar We are seeking an experienced Garde Manger / Raw Bar Chef to join our kitchen team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience Strong experience preparing salads, appetizers, and raw bar dishes Knowledge of raw bar preparation, food safety, and proper handling of seafood Skilled in recipe preparation and professional plating Ability to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation during busy service Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Compensation:

$25 per hour

Overtime:

Available based on business needs and applicable overtime requirements Interested candidates should have a strong eye for presentation and take pride in producing high-quality salads, appetizers, and raw bar selections.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
