BusinessOperations - Inserting Operator - 110111#26-11187 $18 per hour Getzville, NY
All On-site Job Description Position Purpose:
Operate and maintain an inserter to produce mail pieces and prepare mailing for the Post Office. Inspect pieces during production and make adjustments to keep machines running.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year experience working in a mail production facility operating a mechanical inserter. Experience with US Government Client postal regulations strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Produce mail-pieces using automated inserting technology.
  • Operate folding machines, cutter and bindery equipment.
  • Operate machines that insert printed matter, such as letters or booklets into envelopes.
  • Maintain equipment using provided maintenance schedule.
  • Maintain optimal level of productivity.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
