Food Production - 1st shift 5:30am start

Our St. Henry Harvesting plant in Mercer County, Ohio, prepares the turkeys for further processing and distribution. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift (Evisceration) Food Production team members to join our team in St. Henry.

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 5:30am-11:30am or 5:30am-approximately 3:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$17.00 with the potential of increasing to $17.75 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.

Job functions include:

Evisceration Production Performing all job functions which would involve different functions of harvesting a turkey.

Reworking any product that does not run through properly.

Wearing all required PPE and rotating with other team members as directed.
