Production Manager

The production manager serves the purpose of overseeing the assembly manufacturing of inventory products for Functional Botanicals. This is a start-up business looking for a motived careered mined indivual who is looking to grow the business. Functional Botanicals manufactures and distributes sustainable bespoke amenities in the hospitality sector.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production quotas Daily production planning Weekly scheduling of personnel for production Running production crews daily, delegating tasks, impleting company policy regarding safety and GMP practices GMP protocols for the record use of materials and inventory made Overseeing quality control Inventory management in ERP software and on the production floor Maintaining an orderly and clean production floor Reporting HR and manufacturing incendents Recording materials used and assisting in purchasing of materials. Assisting in hiring and onboarding This person will need to be able to: Work repeatedly and efficiently for 6-8 hour periods Excellent attention to detail Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Google Suite, or Microsoft Teams Expereniene with manufactoring and using manufactoring software. Can delegate and multitask Motivated to do an excellent job and help the company be successful Can manage numbers and has an excellent ability to record information Be Available for 30-35 hours a week Can lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for 6 hours a day Good communication skills Leadership experience Self managing Has the capacity and willingness to grow into other duties Is clean and organized Schedule Scheduled weekly. Monday - Thursday, 8:30 - 6:00 (occasional Fridays and weekends) Extra hours and production may be needed upon request. All scheduling changes and time off need to be approved by the manager.
