Here are some things you can expect as a Commissary Runner/Utility Worker supporting our restaurants: Understand that our guest is our #1 priority! Check delivered product for quality and quantity to verify receipt of items on invoice. Load/unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas. Make timely deliveries to operating restaurants throughout the property and on schedule Pick and pack orders Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and storage areas and remove refuse. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, where applicable. Transport unused product for disposal and soiled service-ware to the kitchen and/or production area for cleaning. Assist all guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to supervisor/Manager on duty.
