Job Description:

This is an

AFTERNOON

into

LATE NIGHT PRODUCTION

position. Typically, between 10AM & MIDNIGHT. Training provided. Mighty Fine Donuts is seeking a donut maker to join our production team. We are willing to train the right person. You will be responsible for crafting and preparing a wide variety of delicious, fresh donuts that will leave our customers craving for more. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our donut shop and help maintain our reputation of Award-Winning donuts.

Responsibilities:

Specialize in mixing dough, rolling, shaping and cutting donuts using specialized equipment. Prepare and cook a variety of donuts according to recipes and quality standards. Be familiar with key baking ingredients and functions of each. Monitor, proof and adjust cooking temperatures and times to ensure consistent quality. Measure ingredients using scales or other devices provided. Adhere to standards established by management to reduce waste. Work production schedule to determine variety and quantity of donuts to make. Prepare donuts in an appealing and attractive manner as directed. Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness. Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a sanitary and safe environment. Ability to adhere to supervisor during donut making process. Strong Attention to detail.

Requirements:

HARD WORKER WILLING TO LEARN THE SKILLS NEEDED

as a Donut Maker. Creativity and passion for ensuring taste and donut designs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift heavy ingredients or equipment when necessary. Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to work in humid or hot environment. Follow food handling and safety regulations when preparing and handling products. Knowledge of equipment and cooking techniques. Clean equipment as needed. Superior attendance and punctuality. Perform other related work as required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience handling dough in a restaurant or food industry is highly recommended 21 Years or older Dependable transportation Must have a valid driver's license Ability to attend work in all types of weather Restaurant type:

10:00AM

• 6:00PM | 1:00PM
• 7:00PM | 5:00PM
• Midnight Until Done (typically 6-8 hours a night), Monday thru Sunday Must be available for weekends and some holidays Shift availability: 10:00AM
