What You'll Do As a Mushroom Harvester, your responsibilities will include: Harvest mushrooms at the right stage of growth while maintaining quality standards. Sort and pack products for shipment and distribution. Inspect mushrooms to ensure customers receive the highest-quality product. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support food safety and efficient operations. Use and care for harvesting tools and equipment while reporting any issues. Track production and harvest activities accurately. Follow safety and quality procedures at all times. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
