Apply Now General Production Worker !!!!!!!!! Job Overview We are hiring General Production Workers to support our food manufacturing team on 2nd and 3rd shifts . In this role, you will help prepare, portion, and package frozen food products in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing experience. Key Responsibilities Production & Packaging Place products and pans on conveyor lines. Align products on conveyor belts for smooth processing. Load and unload products from racks. Move racks, skids, and materials throughout the production area. Remove products from racks and prepare them for packaging. Remove wax paper and inspect products for quality. Build boxes, pack products, and prepare shipments. Apply labels and stickers to finished products. Feed boxes into labeling and packaging equipment. Follow all food safety, quality, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. General Duties Work safely around production, slicing, pressing, and packaging equipment. Maintain product quality and accurate labeling. Keep work areas clean and organized. Adapt to changing production needs and tasks. Stand for extended periods and perform lifting duties as required. For Production Coordinator Positions Only Set up and operate production machines. Assign and guide team members during production. Monitor workflow and productivity. Complete production reports and communicate updates to leadership. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred. Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Basic math skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Food manufacturing or bakery experience. Packaging, packing, or general labor experience. Experience operating production machinery. Forklift experience. Experience in GMP or cleanroom environments. Leadership experience for Production Coordinator roles. Schedule 2nd

Shift:
Overnight shift (Monday- Friday) Shift schedules may vary based on production needs.
