On-site Must be 21+ years old to apply Position Overview Paper City Industries LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Lead to support the production of our cannabis-infused gummy products. The Kitchen Lead will handle day-to-day gummy production, maintain accurate production records, follow established recipes and SOPs, and keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations. Key Responsibilities Produce cannabis-infused gummies according to approved recipes and SOPs Accurately measure and handle ingredients and cannabis inputs Perform all stages of production, including cooking, mixing, depositing, molding, cooling, and finishing Monitor product quality, consistency, appearance, texture, and weight Maintain accurate batch records, production logs, and inventory counts Perform quality control checks throughout production Operate and maintain kitchen and production equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Monitor ingredient and cannabis inventory and communicate replenishment needs Troubleshoot production issues and communicate with management Follow all applicable CCC regulations and company policies Perform additional kitchen and production duties as needed Qualifications & Skills Experience in commercial food production, confectionery, cannabis manufacturing, or a similar environment preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to accurately follow recipes, SOPs, and detailed instructions Comfortable working with kitchen and production equipment Dependable, punctual, and organized Strong communication and problem-solving skills Previous cannabis experience is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks May require bending, reaching, sitting, and walking throughout the shift Additional Requirements Must be 21+ years old Must pass background checks required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) Must be authorized to work in the United States On-site position; remote work is not available
